How Do I Process A Return?

Start with an email. We don’t handle returns by phone!

Just send your order number to sales(AT) trackingsystemdirect.com along with any info that might help—like why you're returning it or whether the package has been opened.

You've got 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After that, we can't accept returns.

Is There a GPS Tracking App and Does It Cost Money to Use?

Yes, we offer free mobile apps for our tracking solutions! Our GPS tracking app is easy to use and well-rated on both the Apple Store and Google Play.

If you don’t want to use the app, no worries. You can log in to our web-based platform from any browser to see real-time locations and past data.

The app itself is free. But keep in mind: all real-time GPS trackers need a monthly subscription to work. That’s how you get live updates and full tracking features.

Do I Need A SIM Card ?

Nope, you don’t need to buy your own SIM card or phone plan. Every GPS tracker we sell comes with a SIM card built right in. This makes setup simple and hassle-free.

Getting started only takes about two minutes. Just scan the QR code on your tracking device, choose your data plan, and you’re all set. No extra steps, no hidden fees—just straightforward tracking from the start.

Do You Offer Overnight Shipping?

We don’t offer overnight shipping at this time. However, we do provide faster shipping options that typically deliver within 2-3 business days.

If you need a tracking device right away, the quickest option is to buy from our Amazon listing. That way, you can take advantage of Amazon’s same-day or next-day delivery services when available.

How Do I Cancel My GPS Tracking Service?

If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime—no strings attached. Just log in to your account using the SpaceHawk GPS app. From there, go to “Manage Devices” and select “Deactivate.” You can also check out the web portal User Guide if you want a step-by-step walkthrough.

In the app, tap “Resources,” then “Account Management,” and finally “Cancel Service.” Follow the prompts to deactivate and confirm your cancellation. It’s that simple!

Can I Track Multiple Vehicles From a Single Account?

Yes, you can. Our system lets you track multiple vehicles—or even people—from one single account. No need to log in and out or juggle separate apps.

You’ll be able to switch between devices, view real-time locations, and keep tabs on each vehicle or person with just a few taps. Whether you're managing a fleet or keeping an eye on family members, everything’s in one place for easy access.

What Is The Energy Saver Mode?

Energy saver mode helps extend your tracker’s battery life—especially useful for long-term or low-activity deployments. Instead of waking up every time the unit senses movement, this mode puts your tracker on a timed schedule.

When Energy Saver is on, motion sensing is turned off. The unit will only wake up at set intervals, connect to the network, and send or receive data. This reduces power use and keeps your tracker running longer between charges.

Do You Ship Discreetly?

Yes, we do. Your privacy matters to us. That’s why our packaging is plain and discreet—there’s no mention of GPS tracking or GPS devices anywhere on the box.
